In most cases, we’ll build on your land with no money down. We’ll stick with you throughout the process, delivering a 100-percent complete home, all to your satisfaction, with 100-percent financing available. Initial pre-qualification is free and there are no fees. We’ll even pay closing costs! Less-than-perfect credit is welcome, along with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
